However, the instructions were written by someone who can barely write English, they are barebones and lacking detail. The Ford IDS software installs easily, but there is a process you must follow if you will be using the included Ford IDS software with a license patch. I took a 7 year old laptop, wiped the operating system and loaded Windows XP sp3 from scratch. Just though I'd throw up some info and results for a Chinese clone of a Ford / Rotunda VCM II interface module with the IDS software.
