DOOMed Marine (Bronze): Complete the DOOM 3 single player campaign on Marine. DOOMed Recruit (Bronze): Complete the DOOM 3 single player campaign on Recruit. Ultimate DOOMer (Platinum): Earn all 65 trophies. Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy: Interact with it to open a secret room containing extra ammunition and armor. There will be a cubed area of the wall you can go behind, where you will find the RAGE logo.
In the Lost Missions campaign, before going down the stairs on the second floor with the pillar on each side to fight the final Boss, turn left, and go to the wall. In this mode, your health will constantly decrease. Successfully complete the game on any difficulty to unlock the Nightmare difficulty.
